Kawano Farms produces products for individuals, wholesale operations, restaurants and the retail market.
We are able to employ methods that meet the requirements for halal and kosher diets, and make specialty products for those with dietary restrictions. We are very pleased to provide products for ethnic dishes that are not normally available in local grocery stores. We will make anything and mix our own spices to your specifications! Retail sales are available at Kawano Farms. Drop by and pick up some of your favorite jerky or even some fat to feed the birds.
Ethnic Ingredients
Kawano Farms is pleased to be able to provide restaurants and individuals with some of the products required to create traditional meals from other countries. We produce beef tendon for Cantonese, Vietnamese and Phillipine dishes; blood for blood puddings and blood sausage favoured by countries in northern Europe; and cartilage such as pigs ears and feet often found in Chinese cookery.
